Journal Club

All first-year M.S. graduate students participate in Journal Club (BICB 8930), which is jointly organized by graduate students and their advisors.  This seminar meets weekly for 50 minutes.  The topics in a given semester are based on the thesis research of the participating second year students.  Second-year graduate students present their research area and assign review and research papers to participants as preparation for the seminar.  The topics and papers differ from semester to semester.
