Program Curriculum

The MBA program requires completion of between 32 and 47 semester credits (depending on prior business coursework completed) of coursework structured to be a general MBA program. The graduate-level coursework consists of 21 semester credits in the functional areas of business and its supporting areas, and the 3-credit capstone policy/strategy course. In addition, all students must also complete 8 credits of electives with a minimum of 2 credits of cross-functional courses offered a minimum of 6 credits of elective work. Up to 6-credits of a field research project leading to a thesis may substitute for the elective requirement.

Quantitative Skills: Students must have adequate quantitative background to begin an MBA program. The minimum requirement is coursework including college algebra and finite mathematics. Students may take a test to demonstrate their proficiency in these areas.
