- Ability to follow complex instructions

- Above average oral and written communication skills
- Detail-orientation with a high degree of accuracy
- Good problem solving, prioritization skills and maturity in judgment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Tolerant of interruptions

- Be a good Student Affairs team member
Work tasks
- 50% general office duties (answering phones, routing mail, photocopying, preparing mailings, errands) and support student affairs functions such as responding to student questions
- 25% Provide administrative support to full-time staff and assist with clerical duties as needed
- 25% special projects, other duties as assigned
