- Accurately schedule classrooms and conference rooms with appropriate technology for the class
- Provide up-to-date information regarding ITV connections and ITV contacts
- Organize ITV coordination meetings between distance learning sites prior to the beginning of each semester
- Assess the quality of ITV twice each semester for each ITV course
- Develop and maintain of troubleshooting and technology reference guides (both hardcopy and web based)
- Develop contingency plans in the event of ITV system failure
- Plan ITV technology replacement and emerging distance learning technologies
