  • Refer to student guide
  • Report technical problems as soon as they occur to instructor or technical staff
  • Report instructional problems (e.g., can’t read the presentation) as soon they occur to instructor, technical staff, or program staff
  • Complete the ITV assessment, once at mid term and once at end of term
