University of Minnesota Rochester (UMR) IT Support Services staff are committed to supporting the productivity of UMR faculty, staff, and students by keeping UMR computers and related electronic devices operating efficiently to the best of our ability. 

UMR IT Support Services staff will order, set up, support, and retire computers and other hardware. We can also help you to access and install software available through University of Minnesota system wide agreements and other sources and secure your computers against physical and electronic threats.
