UM Content users often need to add small, simple forms to their pages to receive data from site visitors. One quick and efficient way to manage these information forms is to create them as Google Forms and embed them directly in the appropriate UMR web page. A brief description of how to use Google Forms in the UMR website can be found below.
Step 1: Create a Google Form to ask the questions and collect the desired information:
Step 2: When the Google Form is complete, select More Options and choose the Embed feature:

Step 3: Copy the embedding link that Google generates and save it for use later:

Step 4: In UM Content, locate the destination page for the Google Form and edit the region content:

Step 5: When the content editor is displayed, select the Source option to switch into the HTML editing view:

Step 6: Paste the Google generated embedding link saved earlier into the page:

Step 7: Finally, save the changes or again select the Source option to switch back to the regular editing view:
