Meeting Information

The Balllroom dance team was established in the fall of 2009. It consists of a group of students (with and without prior dance experience) that have a desire to learn how to dance various ballroom styles including American Latin and smooth. The ballroom team has 2 instructors; April Dahl, owner of Dahl Dance Center and Jeremy Anderson, who takes time to teach the team new skills on a weekly basis. The ballroom team takes part in the community by volunteering and attending social dances put on by USA Dance. Each spring they make a weekend trip to the Twin Cities where many of the members take part in the Star of the North Competition. Keep a look out for performances put on throughout the year at the University! Registration is typically midway through fall semester.
