New Raptor Housing

New Raptor Housing will have space for 400 students, with rooms in varying configurations. Most rooms will be furnished for two students with a shared bathroom.

New Raptor Housing Fast Facts:

    • A new official name for the building will be announced in the near future
    • Formerly known as the DoubleTree Hotel, this new residential hall will open for occupancy beginning fall 2023
    • All first-year students will live here 
      • Returning students are also welcome to live here
    • All first-year students will belong to a Living Learning Community (LLC) of their choosing
    • All students living here will be required to be on a campus dining meal plan
    • Co-educational hall with 9 residential floors
    • Approximately 400 bed spaces
    • Student gathering space on each floor 
    • 1 Resident Assistant (RA) on each floor
    • Housing front desk 
    • Individual mailboxes for each residential room
    • Community laundry in lower level
