What’s Next for Sarah Allen?

Celebrating UMR’s graduating class of 2025! Meet Sarah, a Bachelor of Science in Health Science graduate working as a patient care assistant at Mayo Clinic and applying to PA school.

What was your favorite part of your years at UMR?

The unique opportunities I don’t think I would have gotten going to another university with leadership, volunteer, mentorship and job-shadowing which has greatly prepared me for PA school.

What are you most looking forward to post graduation?

Traveling

What advice would you give incoming students?

Take advantage of all the opportunities provided at UMR and Mayo Clinic. It will prepare you so well for your future medical careers.
