Application for Fall 2027 Now Open
The University of Minnesota Rochester’s undergraduate application for admission is now open. Students who are passionate about solving the grand health challenges of the 21st century are invited to apply for the fall 2027 academic year. Recognized for its forward-thinking approach to health sciences education and strong ties with Mayo Clinic, UMN Rochester remains a destination for future health care leaders.
Don’t miss out – the application fee is waived for students who apply between August 1-7!
Academic Programs
UMR offers two specialized Bachelor of Science degrees:
- Health Sciences (BSHS): A flexible program designed for students pursuing careers in health care, graduate study or professional schools.
- Health Professions (BSHP): A junior-admitting transfer program offered in educational collaboration with Mayo Clinic School of Health Sciences, this program features focused tracks such as Echocardiography, Radiography, Respiratory Care and Sonography. Application for admission into this program opens on September 1.
