Use this webpage to accept your enrollment offer, sign up for housing, complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA), sign up for New Raptor Advising and Registration and explore the advantages of earning your Health Sciences degree in the heart of the medical world!
Admitted Students Checklist
Step 1:
✔️Request a visit to campus! Never been to campus? Schedule a Daily Visit where you'll meet with an Admissions Representative and tour campus. In this small group setting, you'll have all the time you need to ask questions and solidify your future.
Step 2:
✔️Accept your offer of admissions - through your online student portal. Upon accepting the offer, you will be prompted to submit a enrollment deposit of $100. Accept your admission offer and submit an enrollment deposit by Saturday, June 1, 2024.
Step 3:
✔️Join the UMR Class of 2028 Instagram!
✔️Interested in being featured on this private page? Complete this submission form!

Step 4:
✔️Initiate your UMR email - UMTC IT Help - 612-301-4357 or help@umn.edu
Step 5:
✔️Complete your 2024-2025 FAFSA application beginning in December 2023.
✔️Questions? Review the FAFSA Simplification webpage or contact our One Stop Student Services Office at umr1stop@r.umn.edu or call 507-258-8069.
*Financial Aid sessions will be available for New Raptor Orientation - more to come!
Step 6:
✔️Housing applications will open Monday, February 12th, 2024. Check your email for more details!
✔️Check out our brand new Student Life Center! Be sure to schedule a visit to view for yourself!
✔️A $125 application fee will be required at the time of application.

Step 7:
✔️New Raptor Orientation Advising and Registration Days is required for incoming students.

Step 8:
✔️Submit final transcripts. All high school and college transcripts must be submitted by July 1. Admission to UMR is conditional upon receiving final transcripts. UMR follows the Twin Cities policy on final transcripts.
Step 9:
✔️Get your tech up to date: review the Technology Requirements for the BSHS program to bring the right devices to school.
