Xavier Prat-Resina Receives University of Minnesota Unit Service Award

University of Minnesota Rochester’s (UMR) Associate Professor at the Center for Learning Innovation, Xavier Prat-Resina, was the recipient of the Provost’s Unit Service Award.  

This annual system-wide award recognizes excellence in internal service and awardees must demonstrate an exceptional commitment to institutional service that has a positive impact on the functioning of the unit. 

“Since 2020, as one of the few tenured faculty on campus, Xavier Prat-Resina has played an important leadership role that spans service from curricular management and development to departmental governance. His contributions are substantial and critical for the functioning of our unit, and he is very deserving of this award,” writes Molly Dingel PhD, Acting Assistant Vice Chancellor of Academic Affairs.
