Equal Employment and Title IX

The Equal Employment and Title IX (EOT) at the University of Minnesota Twin Cities supports all employees and students to file reports and complaints of discrimination behavior, as well as receive consultation and get assistance with problem-solving concerns related to discrimination. EOT will also work to avoid and resolve conflicts of interest from nepotism and personal relationships.

Information on all of these topics is found on the EOT website at: https://eot.umn.edu/

As required by Title IX, the University does not discriminate on the basis of sex in any of its education programs or activities, including in admissions and employment.  Inquiries about the application of Title IX can be directed to the Title IX Coordinator or to the U.S. Department of Education, Office of Civil Rights.
