What’s Next for Ashley Eikren?

Celebrating our graduating class of 2023! Meet Ashley, a BSHS graduate applying to PA schools and working on the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit. 

What are your post graduation plans?

I am applying to PA schools. Until then, I plan to continue working on the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) gaining valuable experience with the pediatric population.

What was your favorite part of your years at UMR?

The supportive community of students and faculty.

What are you most looking forward to post graduation?

I am looking forward to having free time to work on myself and focus on my wellbeing.

What advice would you give incoming students?

Ask questions! Whether it be at school, at work, or when meeting new people, you won't learn if you don't ask.
