What’s Next for Amy Romanauski?

Celebrating UMR’s graduating class of 2024! Meet Amy, a BSHS graduate pursuing a PhD program in Sociology. 

What are your post graduation plans? 

I was accepted into Sociology PhD program Case Western Reserve University for a doctorate in sociology, and am starting in the fall of 2024.

What was your favorite part of your years at UMR?

Being able to have connections with my professors, and participate in small class sizes.

What are you most looking forward to post-graduation?

To continue my education and eventually contribute to the world of science.

What advice would you give incoming students?

Stay focused and determined even when it gets hard.
