What are your post graduation plans? 

Graduate school acceptance - Biomedical Sciences (MS) Gateways to Medicine and Research

What was your favorite part of your years at UMR?

My favorite part of my four years at UMR was meeting and becoming close with diverse groups of individuals. In addition, I loved connecting with my professors on a deeper level.

What are you most looking forward to post graduation?

What I am most looking forward to post-graduation is having sufficient support and resources to prepare me for the rigors yet beauty of medicine. My dream is to become a physician and I am beyond stoked to meet other individuals within this MS program who share a similar vision.

What advice would you give incoming students?

Some advice I would give incoming students is to put yourself out there and meet and connect with others. During my undergrad, I exposed myself to resources and opportunities UMR offered. You will be amazed at who you will meet and what opportunities you may find. It may be scary, but stepping out of your comfort zone by putting yourself out there will challenge you to grow in many ways and expand your professional network.
