The University of Minnesota Rochester Announces 2025-26 Visit Options

Daily In-Person Visits
Available Monday through Friday at 10 a.m. and 2 p.m., these visits begin with an admissions presentation followed by a guided tour led by a student ambassador. Request a Daily Visit. 

Virtual Visits
Unable to visit in person? UMR offers virtual programs, both individual and group-based, allowing students to explore the campus remotely and learn about how UMR supports future health professionals. Upcoming Dates: September 24, October 1, October 27, November 12, November 17, February 11, March 9 and April 15. Request or Sign up for a Virtual Visit. 

Discovery Days
Perfect for high school students and families, Discovery Days feature an admissions overview, small-group sessions and a comprehensive campus tour. Upcoming Dates: October 16, October 17, November 15, February 16 and April 25. Sign up for a Discovery Day Visit.

Early Assurance Programs Virtual Information Session
Students interested in UMR’s unique Early Assurance pathway programs can join a virtual session to learn more about early admission opportunities into graduate and professional schools in health care. Upcoming Dates: September 17 and October 21. Sign up for an Early Assurance Programs Virtual Information Session.

Coffee Visits
Can’t seem to find a day to travel to Rochester? Let the admissions team come to you! We would love to meet you at your favorite coffee, tea or boba shop and have a 30-60 minute conversation to help you learn more about UMR.
