Sharing a meal is one of the most universal and meaningful ways to bring people together. It offers an opportunity to connect, build relationships and strengthen our sense of community. With this in mind, University of Minnesota Rochester (UMR) is committed to creating a dining experience that fosters belonging and supports deeper connections among students, faculty and staff across campus. 

Meal Plan Requirement

All first and second year students living on campus are required to be on a Raptor Eats meal plan. Meal plan eligibility will depend on residence hall assignment.
