Care Team
Mission Statement
The Care Team is a campuswide group of dedicated staff and faculty who collaborate to support the well-being and success of students and all members of the university community. The team is committed to identifying concerns early, responding with care and connecting individuals to resources that foster academic, emotional and personal growth. Its goal is to help create a safe, supportive and thriving campus where every student feels seen, valued and empowered to succeed.
Care Team Goals
- Foster a safe, welcoming and supportive environment that promotes the well-being and success of all members of the university community.
- Recognize, reach out to and provide compassionate support for individuals who may be struggling or exhibiting concerning or threatening behavior.
- Partner with and provide resources to students, staff and faculty who are concerned about the well-being of others.
